Bittersweet Chocolate Ice Cream

Bittersweet chocolate ice cream via the Etsy blog. This was a nice, rich chocolate ice cream.  The perfect amount of sweetness without hurting your mouth.  I'm definitely going to make this again but with a quality waffle cone instead of store brand cake cones.

Have you heard of wish cycling? It’s when you put something you’re not sure can get recycled in the recycle bin and hoping for the best. The book I’ve chosen is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. As a first time mom, meeting my own basic needs last year was a real struggle. More people are aware of the climate crisis and are trying to be more thoughtful and sustainable.
